XπSpace Domain Awareness

Terms of Service

Version 1.1 · Effective 20 August 2026 · Supersedes version 1.0 of 1 August 2026

These terms govern your use of the Xπ Space Domain Awareness console operated by xPi Artificial Intelligence Developing Services (trading as Xπ), a sole establishment licensed in Dubai under Professional Licence No. 1637911. By creating an account or signing in you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

Read section 5 before you rely on anything the console says. Xπ is a decision-support tool built on public orbital data. It is not a flight-safety service and it does not replace an operator's own conjunction assessment or an official warning from a space surveillance authority.

1. The service

Xπ provides an operational picture of the near-Earth space environment: catalogue and orbit data, conjunction screening and risk assessment, sensor and access planning, re-entry watch, incident records and written analysis. What your account can see and do is decided by the role held on it.

The service is offered as a single shared platform at www.xpi.ae. We may add, change or withdraw features; where a change materially reduces what a paid subscription provides, we will say so in advance.

2. Accounts

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Automated access is permitted only through the documented API, within the limits set for your role, and with an identifying user agent.

4. Data, sources and ownership

The orbital catalogue is derived from public sources, principally CelesTrak and the United States Space Force's Space-Track service, and each is used under its own terms. Element sets and the analysis built on them are only as good as those upstream feeds, whose accuracy, latency and availability we do not control.

You keep ownership of anything you upload — your asset definitions, ephemerides and notes. You grant us the licence needed to store and process that material so the service can work for you. We claim no other rights in it.

The platform itself — its software, interface, models and written analysis — remains the property of xPi. Output you are entitled to under your subscription may be used for your own operational and reporting purposes, with the source attributed where it is republished.

5. No warranty, and what this service is not

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent UAE law permits, we exclude all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.

Specifically, and without qualification:

6. Availability and support

We aim to keep the service continuously available and to give notice of planned maintenance, but we do not commit to an uptime figure unless a written subscription agreement states one. Support is by email at connect@xpi.ae.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent UAE law permits, xPi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, nor for loss of profit, revenue, data or anticipated savings, however arising. Our total aggregate liability arising from or in connection with the service is limited to the fees you paid for it in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or AED 1,000 where no fees were paid.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Subscriptions

Access is granted by the role set on your account. Where a written subscription agreement exists between your organisation and xPi, its commercial terms — fees, term, renewal and termination — apply alongside these terms, and prevail over them to the extent of any conflict.

9. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Notice, which forms part of these terms. In short: no tracking, no advertising, no sale of personal data, and UAE PASS attributes are never shared with any client.

10. On-premise installations

These terms cover the shared service at www.xpi.ae. An installation deployed on an entity's own premises is air-gapped and governed by its own separate agreement: it does not use UAE PASS, the operating entity chooses and runs its own authentication, and xPi holds neither its credentials nor its database.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify xPi against any third-party claim arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms — in particular from material you upload that you had no right to provide, from redistribution of the platform's data or analysis beyond what your subscription allows, and from any operational decision taken on the basis of the service contrary to section 5.

12. Export control and sanctions

Space situational awareness data is subject to export control and sanctions law. You confirm that you are not located in, and are not acting on behalf of anyone located in, a country or entity subject to UAE sanctions, and that you will not make the service or its output available to any such party. We may suspend access immediately, without notice, where we reasonably believe this term has been breached — this is one of the few places where waiting to warn you first is not something we can offer.

13. Confidentiality

Each of us may learn things about the other that are not public: your operational posture, asset definitions and analysis on our side; our non-public methods, thresholds and roadmap on yours. Neither will disclose the other's confidential information to a third party except where the law requires it, and each will protect it at least as carefully as its own. This survives the end of your access.

14. Third-party services

The service depends on parties we do not control: the upstream catalogue providers named in section 4, the identity providers you may sign in with, our email provider, the basemap tile provider your browser fetches imagery from, and — where the deployment enables AI features — the model provider. Their availability, accuracy and terms are theirs, not ours. The Privacy Notice says which of them can see personal data and what reaches each.

15. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, for non-payment where fees apply, or where we must do so by law. Sections 4, 5, 7, 11, 13 and 17 survive termination.

16. Changes to these terms

Material changes raise the version number at the top of this page, and we will email account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means the updated terms apply to you. Minor corrections are made in place. Previous versions are retained and available on request.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
